Not happy with an item? You can send it back to us within 14 days, as long as it hasn't been opened. Need a swap for a same-value product? Once we get your returned item, we'll send the replacement free of charge. Before you send anything back, shoot us an email at hey@vitammies.com. Just let us know your order number and why you'd like a replacement. We're here to make things right!
Right now, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs, unless, of course, the goods are faulty. We always want to be fair! For more details, check out our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Once we've got your return and given it the thumbs up, we'll initiate your refund. This typically takes about 7 business days. If we're refunding to a credit card, hold tight - it may take up to 30 days. But don't worry, your money will make its way back to you!
