  • What delivery methods are available?

    Shipping with us is a breeze! We offer two straightforward options with Royal Mail: 1st and 2nd class. Opt for 2nd class shipping for just £3.49, and you'll receive your wellness treats within 2-3 working days of collection. Need them quicker? Go for 1st class shipping at £4.49, and your goodies will be with you in just 1-2 working days after collection. And here's a Vitammies tip: To get your parcel on the move quicker, place your order before 2pm on weekdays, and we'll aim to ship it on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday? No worries! We'll have them ready for collection first thing Monday.

  • How will my order be sent outside of the UK?

    If you're in the EU, your Vitammies goodies are dispatched from our partners over in The Netherlands. You should have them in your hands within 3-7 days. If you're elsewhere in the world, we've got you too! We'll send your treats via Royal Mail Air Mail. It might take a bit longer, up to a month for some places, but we'll get them to you, promise!

  • How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email within 24 hours with your tracking information.

  • Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

    No worries! If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, just get in touch with us. We'll do everything we can to help track it down. If your order was shipped through Royal Mail, there's a chance it might be waiting at your local sorting office. If it's not there - don't fret! Royal Mail has a procedure we can follow to find your missing parcel. For international orders (Europe and the rest of the world), if your parcel isn't picked up and gets returned to us, we'll give you a refund, but we'll have to subtract the postage cost. Also, note that if you haven't received your international parcel within 21 days from the shipment date, we consider it lost. But don't worry, we can either send you a replacement or give you a full refund.

  • Can my gummies be confiscated by customs?

    When we send our gummy goodies we always attach a customs declaration form to make things run smoothly. But here's the tricky part - rules can change around what products and labels are allowed in different countries, and even different parts of the same country. So while we're super careful, we can't promise that customs won't sometimes hold onto a package. Unfortunately, we can't cover costs if this happens. So, before you place an order, it's a good idea to check out your local rules. We'd hate for you to miss out on your Vitammies treats!
